In May 2000 I began the process of creating a short 4 part "sound opera."

Little did I know that in a few short months this story of war would hit home on 9/11/2001

1) 5 Sounds: a boy and girl meet. Hearts flutter. They fall in love. A war is started and he is drafted.

2) Finale: They spend one last night together. Sad, melancholic, hopefull, romantic, swooning, crying. He must leave soon and it is looming on them. The clock bell rings.

3) War: He is on the front lines. The troops prepare as best they can. War begins and he is wounded and knocked unconscious

4) Train_End: Is he alive or dead? So much sadness and pain around him. He becomes more lucid and determines he is alive because of how awful he feels. This train ride is brutal. Is it taking me home? His ride finally ends and he meets his love once more. They reunite and embrace.
